The following year he suggested to Klebs that they, along with John Fulton, might donate their book collections to Yale as the nucleus of a medical historical Klebs’ Plague Book Article for Sudhoff’s Festschrift, For Sudhoff’s seventieth birthday Festschrift, Klebs contributed this article on the first edition of “the first medical book of large size ever printed” [that is, the first oversized book].
